Compensation and Benefits
CBC National Bank strives to provide competitive compensation and benefits in our local markets. We offer a first-rate Section 125 Cafeteria Plan that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts. Short-and Long-Term Disability is provided and paid for 100% by the company. The company pays 75% of eligible employee coverage of monthly medical premiums, and offers a 401(k) plan with a company match. Additionally we offer an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and optional supplemental plans including Life and Disability Insurance.
